Navigate to the Tournament

Once logged in, navigate to the tournament you want to register a team for. You’ll only be able to enter a team once event registration opens. We’ll announce this on the website and on our socials.

When registration is open, click the Enter button or scroll down to Divisions on the tournament page.

Fill in Team Details. You’ll need the following details on hand:

• Team Manager mobile number and email address
• Team Name and Team City
• Division you want to enter

Confirm with Payment

You’ll have 10 minutes to pay the entry fee for 8 players to confirm your entry. If the division is currently full and waiting for payments, you’ll be placed in a queue until a spot is available.

Add Players and Staff

Each player, coach, manager, and official must create their own HoopNation account and share their unique profile code (found on their profile page).

To add them:

• Go to your team page and enter their code in the Uniforms section.
• The player will be added and assigned a uniform.
• You can ask them to fill in their uniform details or add them manually.

Invite Players and Staff

Your team has its own unique code (found on your team page, accessible from your profile). Share this code with people you want on your team, and they can enter it from their profile page to join.

Get your manager to add you

Your profile will have a unique code - Send that to your team manager. The code is case sensitive so make sure you send it exactly as it displays.

Your manager can then add you to the team.

Join a team

Each team has a unique code. Ask your manager to send you the code, You can join a team from your profile page. The code is case sensitive so make sure you send it exactly as it displays.

Make sure your profile is complete and up to-date with uniform and position preferences.
